About Avukat Özgür Eralp: Avukat Özgür Eralp graduated from TED Ankara College in 1993 and Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2000. He has received training in TSE Turkish Standards Institute – TS ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System Internal Audit. He is a student of philosophy at METU and a student of Management Information Systems at AÖF.
Legal Practice: Since 2000, he has been practicing law independently in Ankara with registration number 15229 in Ankara Bar Association.
Expert Witness: He has been acting as an expert witness in the fields of informatics and communication at Ankara Courthouse, preparing expert witness reports for more than 700 cases since 2004.
Consultancy: Since 2013, through Eralp Information Technologies Communication Consultancy Organization Publishing Ltd., he provides verbal and written consultancy services on Information and Communication Technologies to commercial companies, non-profit organizations, official institutions, all kinds of legal entities, and individuals in Turkey and abroad.
Education: From 2007 to 2010, he served as a trainer and coordinator member in the Ankara Bar Association’s Informatics Law Certificate Program. Since 2010, he has been coordinating and teaching in Informatics Law and Judicial Informatics Training programs organized by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations. He has also taught Informatics Law at Ankara University Faculty of Law from 2007 onwards and other universities.
Positions and Memberships: He served as a member of the Ankara Informatics Board from 2000 to 2004, the Head of the Ankara Bar Association Information Processing Center from 2004 to 2008, and a member of the Ankara Bar Association Board of Directors from October 2008 to October 2010. He also served as a presidential consultant for the Union of Turkish Bar Associations from October 2010 to May 2013. Since 2016, he has been a member of the board of directors of Turk Electronic Money Inc.

Avukat Özge Evci Eralp graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2005 and registered with the Ankara Bar Association in 2006 following her legal internship.
She holds a master’s degree from Gazi University.
She received training in Digital and Social Media Marketing Management at Bahçeşehir University and underwent legal translation training at Ankara University Institute of Banking and Commercial Law.
She is a registered trademark and patent attorney at the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and a registered mediator.
She is an instructor in Information Technology Law at Başkent University and Professional Computer-UYAP at Ankara University.
She is the Head Auditor for ISO 27001 Information Security Management System.
She has been a member of the Ankara Bar Association Informatics Board and Information Processing Center for many years. She has also worked as an editor for Ankara Bar Association’s Informatics and Law Journal and Ankara Bar Review magazines.
In 2018, she published the book titled “The Technical, Legal, and Taxation Aspects of Digital Advertising.”
In addition to her legal practice, she is the founder and coordinator of LegalTalks Education Portal and LegalTalks Anonymous Company.
